- Operating within the Credit & Collections team of highly motivated, business-oriented professional risk specialists, who control the whole credit and payments cycle in the Nordics region.
- Building effective business relationships with our customers based on trust, respect, and rapport.
- Handling the day-to-day client services and receivables processes and ensuring a smooth and proper credit risk assessment.
- Working in close partnership with other departments in various countries and assisting customers, peers, and management.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Fluent in English and Danish/Norwegian languages.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to influence and drive execution.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1116 - 1650 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
