Customer Advisor Danish Language

As our business grows, we are looking for additional native level Danish speakers for our office in Arroyo de la Miel. The candidates we are looking for will have excellent Danish communication skills, will be good problem-solvers and will love to assist customers. Our advisors answer customer´s questions and take care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience. We are looking for:
  • Willingness to help and solve requests;
  • Fluent Danish language skills
  • Good command of English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Patience, positive attitude and friendliness;
  • Ability to take initiative and handle stressful situations;
  • Ability to cooperate, take part of a team, work in a multicultural environment and also work independently
  • IT knowledge - as daily work will involve use of e-mail, booking systems & online phone systems.
  • Previous experience within a travel agency will be considered an advantage but is not essential. Candidates from a retail or call centre environment are welcome!
