OR Customer Service Advisor – Danish Speaking Fully Remote £25,000 ** Multiple positions available – must be fluent in Danish ** Customer Service Advisors to join a fast-paced, vibrant marketing agency who are working with some of the biggest names in the online gaming and gambling industry. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.
Some of what you will be doing: Engage with customers through email, online chat, telephone, and other available channels. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and diligently follow up on any pending queries. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively address customer questions. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, striving to resolve queries on the first interaction whenever possible. Collaborate and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanour while interacting with customers. Adhere to all internal and external communication protocols and procedures. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, professional customer support. Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) as established. Be available to work according to assigned shift patterns, including weekends. Ideally, your skills and experience will include: Fluent in Danish as a native speaker. Minimum of 2 years of previous customer support experience. Proficient in using computers and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment. Motivated, focused, and assertive, with the ability to work towards targets. Previous knowledge or experience with RG/AML policies is desirable but not mandatory.
