Customer Service Coordinator - Danish-speaking

Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is a global leader in imaging agents, administered to patients all over the world to improve the images that radiologists use to diagnose and monitor disease. As Customer Service Coordinator, every day will be different. You will serve our client hospitals in Denmark and the other Nordic countries, to whom we deliver contrast media and nuclear medicine products from our production sites in Europe. Job Description Essential Responsibilities
  • Receive orders from customers and manage them in line with company policy and systems, following through to shipment, ensuring a high quality of service
  • Close liaison with our manufacturing plants, commercial partners and freight forwarders
  • Closely cooperate with other departments such as Logistics, Production, Planning and Finance, to understand impact to customers and service levels
  • Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the supply chain
  • Participate, and lead where applicable the weekly operational calls with our commercial, finance and supply chain partners.
  • Manage complaints in line with company policy and systems.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Danish and English, additional Nordic language is a benefit
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and computer skills
  • Accuracy and flexibility
  • A calm and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Willingness to work as part of a team, and drive individual projects.
Desired Characteristics
  • ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Order management and customer service experience.
