Due to the rapid development we are recruiting to a new department within the organization’s structure, for the position: Customer Service Specialist and Sales Consultant with Danish language
- Providing a complex customer service for clients from Denmark concerning accepting, realizing and actualizing the orders;
- contacting individual clients by phone and actively selling them company’s products;
- developing sales strategies and creating a model for upselling products;
- determining individual needs of a client;
- working with our internal system, applications, and databases creating a positive image for the organization and caring for positive business relations
- Fluency/ native in Danish language;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Experience in customer service and selling products;
- Ability to solve problems on one’s own;
- Enthusiasm and dedication;
- Professionalism and responsibility for assigned tasks;
- Good manners and motivation;
- Availability to cooperate – depending on preferences, projects in department are realized in various time schedules (full-time). We are flexible and we create a lot of possibilities for our co-workers.
