Danish Customer Service Agents - Barcelona

Calling all Customer Service Representatives!

We're searching for exceptional individuals who can be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional care. Do you have strong communication skills (Danish+ English), and would you like to work in an international environment, providing B2B assistance in your native language? Then this is your chance. Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
  • Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
  • Troubleshooting reported issues
  • Maintaining a good customer relationship

  • Strong communication/social skills
  • Positive attitude towards changes
  • Service-minded and able to handle conflicts in a constructive manner
  • Team player
  • Strong listening skills
  • A solution-oriented approach without losing eye for detail
  • Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work

What you need:

  • Native level of Danish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Tech-savvy: the ability to work with different IT systems and programs
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
