We are looking for our new team member, a Purchasing Coordinator colleague to Operational Procurement Management – Indirect team. You will join to a team supporting EMEA region.
What is the job about?
As a Purchasing Coordinator you will provide administrative support to Indirect daily ordering and PO management activities. You need to make sure all placed orders coming via QP/SAP SRM are ordered within due time and delivered. You will be specialized in Indirect daily ordering and PO management and have the end to end responsibility within your own area.
Beside other exciting tasks, you will:
support to convert Purchase request to Purchase order, coming from QuickProcurement / SAP SRM
handle order confirmations
follow up on orders (delivery time, partial delivery, missing materials etc)
handle Vendor Invoice management
support indirect daily ordering process in general, answering for questions coming from end users/ requestors locally
create and maintain Framework orders, share and communicate them towards end users and suppliers in their own area
What do you need to apply?
You have some experience in a similar role
You speak English and Danish on a confident level
You have good understanding of order flow and related procurement processes
You have relevant SAP system knowledge
You have systematic and quality-oriented way of working, by following instructions and procedures
You have distinct flexibility and capacity to work under pressure with regard to function and time
You have sense of duty and responsibility
You are a communicative, people oriented person
