This will be your team:
Our team will be working for one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies. We will support them with HR administrative and recruitment services, so our client can focus on their core business. We have a very open attitude to change, and welcome ideas that can help improve things both for us and for the client. Most of your direct colleagues will be from different parts of Europe and like to experience life abroad. For many of us, this also means socializing outside of work. What will you do? We will have two options within our team for you to join. No matter which role you join us in you will be part of building this new project from the very beginning and help make it a success. Talent Acquisition Analyst Within Talent Acquisition your tasks will involve all parts of recruitment for our client from A-Z. You will for example create job adverts, proactively look for candidates, screen CVs, handle initial interviews, manage the updates of the recruitment system and many other tasks. It will be a great role for anyone wanting to start out in or continue their career within recruitment internationally. HR Benefits Administrator Within HR Administration you will be involved in assisting or advising the employees of the client with various HR related questions and activities. You will produce official HR documents such as contracts or exit documents as well as update the HR administration systems. This role will help develop both communication and administrational skills within HR and there will be plenty of opportunities to take on additional duties after gaining maturity.
