Learning& Development Partner(Corporate)

We are looking for a L&D Partner tohelp our corporate employees advance their skills and knowledge. Inthis role you should be passionate about helping people learn andgrow.

 

As the L&D Partner you will beresponsible for developing and implementing learning strategies andprograms for our Head office employees working across the Northernhub in line with our company values. This will include designinge-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more. You will beresponsible for maintaining budgets and relationships with internaland external partners.

 

What you canexpect:
  • Create andexecute learning strategies and programs for our employees acrossour head offices in the northern hub, supporting both sharedservice functions and both the HUGO and BOSSbrands
  • Collaborate with AG (Head Quarters) onGlobal training and development plans and internationalprograms
  • Cooperate with Retail Training andDevelopment to optimise opportunities with cross functionaltraining (Corporate/CustomerServices/Retail)
  • Evaluate individual andorganizational development needs
  • Conducteffective inductions and onboarding programs including companyvalues training
  • Implement various learningmethods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, onlinetraining)
  • Design and deliver e-learningcourses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assessthe success of development plans and help employees make the mostof learning opportunities
  • Help managers developtheir team members through careerpathing
  • Resolve any specific problems andtailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintaina keen understanding of training trends, developments, and bestpractices in particular focus on digital optimisation to supportClaim 5 strategy
  • Track budgets and negotiatecontracts
Yourprofile:
  • Track recordin designing and executing successful trainingprograms
  • Proven experience as an L&DPartner/Manager, TrainingManager orsimilar
  • Current knowledge of effective learningand development methods
  • Familiarity withe-learning platforms and practices
  • Experiencein project management and budgeting
  • Ability tobuild rapport with employees and externalpartners
  • Excellent communicator - able tointeract with people of all levels in a confident, professionalmanner
  • Outstanding organisational and timemanagement skills
  • High levels of flexibilityand adaptability
  • Advanced Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and Learning Management Systems(LMS)

 

Desirableattributes:

  • Danish speaker(advantageous)
  • Professional certification (e.g.CPLP) is aplus
