We are looking for an experienced fulltime Danish speaking Sales Supervisor to oversee and monitor our team of Sales and Telemarketing agents in the division of outbound sales to qualified prospects in our office in Fuengirola, Spain. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent organisation and communication skills, alongside the ability to work together in a team.

We support you with all the necessary training and support, also with opportunities for growth in other positions within the company. A fulltime Spanish contract is provided with competitive salary and bonuses.

Tasks

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will speak Danish and English with any other languages as a bonus. Experience in supervising in a sales environment is important but not essential. You will be an integral part of our sales department to help us achieve our goals by providing support to the company's commercial efforts.

More specifically, you will:

  • Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of the sales and telemarketing team.
  • Plan and oversee sales team goals and performance.
  • Monitor and manage each agent's sales and find ways to optimise and improve their targets
  • Monitor and review phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Management to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by telemarketing team.
  • Measure team performance; communicate goals and quotas to the sales team; and encourage and motivate sales agents as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
  • Identify the trends in the market, both current and future, that are likely to affect the organization.
  • Initiate discussions with the Management team and suggest new products, pricing plans and commission policies.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to Marketing and Sales Directors.

Requirements

Required skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot CRM or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
