We understand that you most likely have to relocate upon employment, and we want you to feel secure in that process. About the position
You will be hired as a customer service representative. In this position you will handle incoming questions be mail and phone regarding Sony PlayStation. You will answer questions about PlayStation’s hardware, games, campaigns, and purchases. Your goal is to provide the customer with solutions to their problem, to guide them in a professional manor, and most importantly to give them a great customer experience.
In this position you will:
- Answer customers via phone and mail
- Provide information and answering queries about the products
- Provide top level service
- Handle after call administration

For this position we are looking for you who gets motivated by the thought of working here with us. You have a high school degree and is a native speaker and writer in Danish and have an English conversational capability.
Preferred but not mandatory qualifications:
- Previous experience of call center business
- Previous experience from a customer service position, e.g. waiter at restaurant
- High general technical knowledge
- Prior experience and user knowledge of a Sony PlayStation
